A Very Dark Green

Description

For the first time ever, the John Lennon Educational Tour Bus took part in the Sacramento News and Review Jammies, where 7 local bands took the stage to vie for a day onboard the JLETB. As with all battles, there was a tremendous amount of raw talent, spirit, and energy. When the power trio from Nevada City known as the The Shreds took the stage they amazed the crowd, Bus staff, and the judges with their enormous sound and catchy songs. Sunday morning, the members of The Shreds made the one and a half hour drive to meet the Bus in front of Skips Music Store where the session took place. It was a rainy afternoon that allowed The Shreds to explore musical boundaries, and even jump in puddles.
